I placed an order and got the billing data wrong?
If you got the billing address wrong, don't stress :)
All you have to do is open a ticket in which you fill out our form with the information necessary to identify the order, and leave us a message with the new billing data.
We will inform you after the change has been made.
I received the invoice for the individual and I want the invoice for the legal entity. What I do?
If the payment or receipt from the courier is for the legal entity:

If the company is registered in the EEA, is not located on the territory of Romania, the delivery was made in the country of invoicing and has a VAT Code, please also specify the bank details for the VAT refund.
If the payment or receipt from the courier is for a natural person:
In this situation, we cannot change the data on the invoice :( .
